If you are having trouble installing or using our Kodak remanufactured inkjet cartridges, please follow the troubleshooting tips below. If these tips do not help resolve your problem, please read the process below for filing a warranty claim:
Product Warranty
All KODAK Remanufactured Ink Cartridges are backed with a one year warranty against defects. As a licensee of the KODAK brand, eReplacements also offers a 100% Quality Satisfaction Guarantee which protects your printer in case of accidental damage from our product.

If your Kodak inkjet cartridge is still within your resellerís warranty period (usually 30-45 days after initial purchase) then you must go back to your original reseller so they can verify the purchase and issue you a refund or replacement. If your claim is after the resellerís warranty period, but with the manufactuerís warranty period (1 year from date of purchase), then please contact eReplacements directly for a replacement only.
